We hope you love your Pieceful Vibes purchase! Because our items are handmade and many are one-of-a-kind, we ask that you carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Please contact Pieceful Vibes before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, or specially altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.
Upcycled Clothing
Because our upcycled clothing is created from pre-loved garments, minor variations or signs of the garment's previous life may be present. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
If an item is altered or customized at the buyer's request — such as adding an elastic or drawstring hem — it is considered a customized item and final sale.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
